Lentivirus病毒定量-快篩片

Instant Lentivirus Titration Card慢病毒定量卡使用橫向流方法（lateral flow immunoassay）偵測lentiviral capsule protein進行定量。比起傳統infection based assays需3-4天，Instant Lentivirus Titration Card 只要10分鐘即可得到定量結果。

  • 簡單操作，10分鐘獲得結果－不需額外萃取步驟
  • 目測觀察結果顏色變化
  • 用途：評估培養液中適當的病毒濃度
  • 靈敏度可達1×105 IU/mL病毒濃度（或7.7 pg/ml的p24 viral capsid protein）
