Anti-human IgG (Fc) HRP Conjugated is a Produced by hyperimmunizing the
host animal with highly purified human IgG (Fc) fraction. The goat IgG
fraction is prepared from antisera with a Protein G affinity column. The
polyclonal antibody is conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) using a
modification of the periodate procedure described by Wilson and Nakane1
