Specificity

Recognize β-actin from Human and Mouse. Other species not tested yet.

Application Notes

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the
investigator. Prepare working dilution immediately before use. Suggested
starting dilutions are as follows. Western Blot: 1:500 – 1:1,000. IP: 5
mcg/mg lysate.
