The swine respiratory diseases are related to so many pathogens
of virus and bacteria. It causes severe economic loss in pig farms in the world.
Recently PCV2 associated disease (PCVD) was emerging diseases in swine farms.
PCV2 is main causative agent of PCVD, PMWS, PDNS however it pathogenesis was not
clear until now. PCVD outbreak was related to pathogens interaction including
PRRSV, M.hyo, APP and several pathogens.
Sero-monitoring for PCV2 and PRRSV
is most important to determine the herd control in the farm. According to
results, it supply the data to make decision for vaccine program, removing the
affected herds.
VDPro® Swine Respiratory ELISA is useful to sero-monotoring
for PCV2, PRRSV by herd base test strategy. This ELISA reagent support simple
