TACS•XL^® In Situ Apoptosis Detection Kits

      TACS•XL^®原位凋亡檢測試劑盒，使用bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU)，經TdT作用加入凋亡細胞DNA碎片的3’ 端。這與使用生物素或地高辛標記核苷酸的Tunel方法相比，效率更高。通過使用biotin conjugated anti-BrdU antibody，streptavidin-HRP，提高了細胞內染色的信噪比。試劑盒分為：TACS•XL^® DAB，TACS•XL^® Blue Label和TACS•XL^® Basic三種規格。
