產品描述：血清鈉(Serum sodium)對維持正常的細胞外液量(extracellular fluid)和滲透壓(osmotic pressure)以及體液酸鹼平衡(acid-base balance)具有重要作用。該試劑盒提供了一種檢測血清樣品中鈉(sodium)濃度的簡單方法。測定中，血清中的焦銻酸鈉(sodium pyroantimonate)和焦銻酸鉀(potassium pyroantimonate)試劑在弱鹼性溶液(weakly alkaline solution)中形成沉澱，沉澱的量與鈉濃度(sodium concentration)成正比。血清中的鈉(sodium)含量可根據其濁度(turbidity)來確定。

Usage notes	• Do not mix or substitute reagents or materials from other kit lots or vendors. • Avoid foaming or bubbles when mixing or reconstituting components. •Avoid cross-contamination, change pipette tips between additions of standards, samples and reagents. Also, use separate reservoirs for each reagent. • Ensure all reagents and equipment are at the appropriate temperature before starting the assay. • During the blood collection process, blood should be collected on an empty stomach, and sodium citrate anticoagulant should be avoided. • When the measured absorbance value is greater than 1, it is recommended to measure after dilution. • When the measured absorbance value is greater than 1, it is recommended to measure after dilution. •The sample should be measured as soon as possible after the reaction is complete.
Storage instructions	Storage at 4°C and Keep from light immediately upon receipt. Kit has a storage time of 6 months from receipt. Refer to list of materials supplied for storage conditions of individual components.
