Specificity

MAb BA35 is reacting with
29 and 12 kD proteins in Western blotting, MAbs Bx85 and Bx88 are reacting
with LPS of Brucella abortus, MAb BrH1 is reacting with BSCP31 and MAbs BrF11
and BrG11 are reacting with intact Brucella-cells.

Brucella abortus in ELISA. Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating
