Product Description

Trypsin-EDTA (0.25%)
contains 2.5 g /L Porcine Trypsin
(tested for porcine parvovi­rus) and 0.2g /L
EDTA•4Na in Hanks’ Balanced Salt Solution, with Phenol Red and without
Ca2+ and Mg 2+.

Usage

Trypsin-EDTA (0.25%)
is recommended for detachment of adherent cells, enzy­matic dissociation of
tissue into single cell suspensions, dissociation of ES cell colonies, and
dissociation of embryoid bodies.
