產品描述：DNA分子量標準液 (貨號 Bio-Helix- DM015-R500 ; 分子量: 100-10K bp)，可在進行瓊脂糖凝膠電泳時，作為DNA大小的分子量標準依據。DNA分子量標準液，是PCR產物和許多專有質粒的獨特組合，經適當的限制酶消化產生13個片段 (100bp、250bp、500bp、750bp、1kb、1.5kb、2kb、3kb、4kb、5kb、6kb、8kb、10kb)， DNA包括100-10,000 base pairs個鹼基對的片段。其中1kb和3k具較強度作為參考點。提供每個條帶中DNA的近似質量（0.5μg載荷），用於近似相似大小的相對強烈樣品中DNA的質量。範圍100 - 10,000 bp。片段Number of bands : 13。包裝Package : 50μg / 500μl。操作手冊

A unique combination of PCR products and a number of proprietary plasmids digested with appropriate restriction enzymes to yield 11 fragments, suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The DNA includes fragments ranging from 100-1,500 base pairs. The 500 and 1,500 base pair bands have increased intensity to serve as reference points. The approximate mass of DNA in each band is provided (0.5 μg a load) for approximating the mass of DNA in comparably intense samples of similar size.

This is a storage test for the DNA ladder samples of different lot. numbers which were stored at -20°C specifically since 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 till the test date. As the photo presented, the oldest and latest produced DNA ladder are still functioning the same despite the long storage period. The photo proves the shelf life of this product is as the protocol claimed.
