小鼠ACE2（血管緊張素I轉化酶2）ELISA試劑盒 | 貨號ELK3725 (Sandwich ELISA)，偵測的靈敏度12.5-800 pg/mL、最低靈敏度5.5 pg/mL。ELISA原理為利用抗體與抗原之間的高度專一性，做為定量標誌的方法；無論測量抗原或測量抗體都有很高的靈敏度跟專一性。該檢測方法對小鼠ACE2（血管緊張素I轉化酶2）具有高靈敏度和出色的特異性。ELISA商品的型式多元，提供三明治ELISA、競爭型ELISA。可應用於serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture。並在 450nm ± 10nm 的波長下用分光光度計測量顏色變化。然後通過將樣品的 OD 與標準曲線進行比較來確定樣品中小鼠ACE2（血管緊張素I轉化酶2）的濃度。

Test principle:	The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2(ACE2). Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2(ACE2). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2(ACE2), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2(ACE2) in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
